Make Every Day Your New Year’s Day

What is it about this darkest and dirtiest end of the year that inspires collective resolutions to improve whatever it is we feel is lacking from or that can make our lives better?

You might hear plenty from killjoys that the average New Year’s resolution lasts for only 15 days before failing, but what if you could bottle all that enthusiasm and determination and apply it to your activities every day?

If you could tap into this positive energy at the start of every month, every week, and every day, then who’s to say where you will end up but at the very top of an increasing pile of achievements throughout the year?

We have just had a valuable recharging period and a time to relax, reflect and consolidate our efforts; it’s time now to use that recharging as a springboard to a fresh set of plans and goals as we charge forward into this week and beyond.

What are your plans for this week, this month and this year? It’s worth mapping them out and reviewing them on a very regular basis to help keep yourself on track – and sprinkling these reviews with a little New Year’s resolve will keep your goals fresh and focused.
