      It’s my little boy, he was five – that hair confuses people all the time! He had a super day, despite school we managed to build out quite a lot of new lego, his current obsession.

      Yes it is! Just a simple lego brick, bit of a cop-out really. But his party cake – that has turned out to be a lego cake, complete with robbers stealing the icing and police giving chase! Thanks for your comment.

      Five – he was very pleased with the cake but a bit worried his minifigures would get eaten! They are all now safely retrieved and washed.

      I think I might be a bigger fan than the children are – though at 5 little boy can now build Lego City on his own, that’s the bit I like best. Unlike not being able to see the living room floor for bricks.

    Happy Birthday! My son had his picture taken at an open day at the firestation because they thought he was a girl. All that wonderful curly hair I just couldn’t face cutting. GG
